In the box labeled "Key", type "EddieEatsLuther" (one word, case sensitive, no quote marks) and under the box labeled "Value" enter 1. If you are using the game outside of the original ScummVM engine, you can find the area to activate this cutscene within the "HEINI" file on your system. The rights to that game were aquired by Rebellion, which now acts as publisher of the game. Note that Tommo did not acquire the rights to Moonbase Commander. They are just included here for the sake of completeness. None of these titles will ever be compatible with ScummVM, as they are out of the scope of the project.
